Care

Regular Care of gold-plated products:

Gold plating is a process whereby a thin layer of gold is applied to the surface of a different material.
Since it is a thin layer of gold, well care must be taken to extend its lifetime.

• Tips on caring of gold-plated items:
  Preserve your gold-plated products from friction and scratching, as this will lead to rapid corrosion of the piece and loss of either its plating or shine.
• For simple cleaning of everyday dust:
  Polish it with a soft microfiber cloth.
• For deep cleaning from sticky dirt:
  Mix a few drops of dishwashing detergent diluted with warm water. Rinse gold-plated items in the solution, let them air dry, and then polish them with a soft cloth.
• Avoid rubbing the gold-plated products with a brush or a hard cloth, as this will make its coating get easily corroded.

IN STORE

At any Mogra Home store in the same market where you purchased the item.

Remember to always take a printed copy of your purchase receipt or show it on your mobile phone.

FROM YOUR HOME

Returns will have a cost of 100 EGP that will be deducted from the amount to refund

If you made the purchase using your account on our website: log in with your username and password. You can request the return from the order details. We will send a courier to pick up your package at the address of your choice within 24-48 hours.

If you made the purchase as a guest: request the return from the link that appears in any of the emails we sent you about your order.

Returns must be made within 30 days from when you received the shipping confirmation email for your order.

Remember that you need the purchase receipt to return any item.

The items you return must be in the same condition you received them in.

REFUND

The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. If you have used more than one payment method, it will be refunded to both methods proportionally.

You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed. If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so they can speed up the process.

FOR POD (PAYMENT ON DELIVERY) ORDERS:

– In-store return: will be refunded in cash.

– Return from your home: you will receive an e-voucher that you can redeem on our website.
